Our story
Professor Selva Pankaj began his career in investment and finance in the early 1990s, building an international track record with leading financial institutions including Prudential Financial, Schroders Investments, Grosvenor Investment Management and Fortress Investment Group.
A UK-trained Chartered Management Accountant and professor specialising in human potential and human behaviour, Selva brings together deep financial expertise and a unique understanding of leadership and growth.
In 2009, he stepped away from investment management to build a global family enterprise alongside his wife, developing investments across the UK, Europe, the United States, the UAE, India and China.
This experience as both an investor and entrepreneur provides the foundation for Regent Global Growth Partners today – combining commercial insight, international perspective and values-led leadership to help businesses unlock sustainable growth.
